Hello Naruto fans!

I've been hanging around here for a while but this is my first post ^^.
Since I have no scanner for the moment I cannot share with you my fanart (Buaaaaaaaa!)... I'm really sorry for not having goodies to contribute to the community, but I promise you as soon as I can I'll bring art.

Now... the questions (as the title says)... but first a brief intro...
My name is Carolina and I'm from Colombia. I must introduce myself as a coffee-manga-anime-english football addict, but unfortunately in my country we only have coffee and a low cuality soap opera-tropical music culture I can't stand, that doesn't allow japanese goodies to come in the amounts I demand. Yes, I must admit I watched all Dragon Ball saga thanks to the efforts made by colombian T.V., but since the first and second seasons of Pokemon (which I didn't like at all), anime dissapeared. About manga, I've found few (ilegal) editions of Sailor Moon episodes and other few (legal) episodes which, I must say, are very expensive.
I got to Naruto thanks to 2 miracles: my University transmited Naruto till the 50-something episode, and my uncle (who's a good-quality-anime-lover but not a fan) got me till the 149th episode, but I've not been able neither to get the rest of the anime (which I can download, sot that's not a big problem) nor to get the manga (which I can download, but I'm an obsesive-compulsive when it's about getting the original manga of some god production, as Naruto is to me), so (the questions), and I know I'm asking for spoilers, which I don't mind at all...



a. Could somebody tell me some things (as many as you can) about Uchiha Obito and how come Kakashi gets his sharingan?

b. Could somebody tell me some things about the Kakashi-Obito-Rin trio and what happened to Obito and Rin?

c. Does Hyuuga Hanabi becomes an important character in the future?, if she does, what is her importance for the whole series?

a) Uchiha Obito was a prankster ninja carrying the Uchiha bloodline from the past before it was exterminated by Uchiha Itachi(Sasuke's brother). He was a part of the Fourth Hokage's team(Though he wasn't known as the Fourth yet) along with Rin and Kakashi. There was a war and the fourth's team had a mission to destroy a bridge route from invading ninja, but Hidden Rock ninja attacked, and Kakashi lost his eye. During the battle, Obito learned how to use the 2-pupil Sharingan... and unfortunately, was killed by an Earth element jutsu by a Hidden Rock-nin. Half of his body had been severely crushed and he was dying. Kakashi(Just becoming a Jounin before the mission, having received graduating gifts from everyone except Obito, who never got along with Kakashi) then walked to Obito as he said his dying words, using Rin(A medical ninja) to implant Obito's one good sharingan in the eye socket Kakashi lost. Obito dies... and Kakashi tells Rin all about how Obito loved her... denying the fact he loved her himself. As for Rin... after this incident, her where-abouts have been undiscovered.

b) I kinda did that in part A. My bad.

c) Hanabi hasn't been seen since the Chuunin Exams. The only significance she might obtain is she might one day become the leader of the head family of the Hyuuga clan when Hiashi is dead, though I'm doubting it.

You should just read the manga. You can download each chapter to your drive at http://www.Narutofan.com with all chapters in great quality... or go to my favorite manga site http://groups.msn.com/NarutoMangaReturns/enter.msnw and read all the uploaded chapters there, which is all of them or just download the anime itself via Bit Torrent or P2P. If ya need help with something, just ask.

Claro, peru no tiene cafe pero tenemos mucha "politica" y un toque de terrorismo y muuuuuucho futbol. :) Y tambien, la cultura tropical o "chola" (como la llamamos aca) q predomina tampoco deja llegar cosas bonitas niponas. Es mas, soy la unica persona dentro de mi grupo de amigos y familia q mira anime y ama el jpop y jrock. (Bicho raro apunto de meterse a clases de japones). Solo consegui a un chico raro totalmente anime-freak q es anti-naruto... En fin. Creo q tus preguntas de Obito, Team Yondaime y Hanabi han sido respondidas. Hehehe. I'm half-Scottish, half-Italian - I've taken Spanish in school for the past eight years or so, and I'm just amazed at how much I can actually understand it, because I know people who took a language through middle & high school and still don't understand anything.

Well, I started learning english in preschool and went to a school with a very good level of english so I'm bilingual now (though my grammar sucks). I also took German and French for two years in school but never continued learning them (didn't like them) so I have the basic stuff and understand little. Enough to defend myself. Last year I started learning Mandarin but dropped it because my teacher sucked. Now I'm learning portuguese and I'm doing goooood.

^^... I really get along with people that like learning languages; actually I'm studing "Languages and Cultural Studies" (and History) at the University ^^... I didn't study in a bilingual school, but we had a very good English level, so I can say I'm bilingual too. Now I'm taking English and American Literature, French, Italian, and had just dropped Mandarin after two semesters because I have some heavy statements of Cultural Studies and History, but I'm planning to continue with my 中文 - 汉语 learning process next semester.

¡HOLA! No sabes lo feliz que me pone poder responder en español a un post de una comunidad de habla inglesa ^^. Además sos la primera persona de Perú que conozco ^^.
En Colombia tampoco estamos exentos de la "política" ni del terrorismo... en cuanto al fútbol, hay quienes dicen que no somos tan malos, pero sufrí una gran decepción en el 97 o 98 y desde entonces apoyo al Liverpool inglés.
Por otro lado, creeme que la cultura "chola" deja llegar más cosas bonitas allá que las que deja llegar acá (Dragon Ball GT lo ví por América Latina (si ese canal todavía se llama así, bien)).
En lo que concierne a ser un bicho raro dentro de un grupo social, no sos la única persona privilegiada ^^. Cuando estaba en el colegio , mis dos mejores amigas y yo éramos las únicas que cultivábamos un fanatismo asérrimo por el anime, y por consiguiente las miradas de WTF pasa con estas viejas, no se hacían esperar. ahora en mi grupo de amigos en la universidad, yo soy la única que llora, suspira, y suelta carcajadas por una serie o un manga, aunque mis dibujos han hecho mucho más fácil la introducción de un montón de gente agena al ánime a mi mundo ^^.
