Maybe you had clicked on Watch this community instead of Join this community? They are two different things. Click on the link as mentioned in the previous post and you should be a member.

I did clicked join community long time ago before and i did it again now, and the lj saying that I'm already the community member.

You have to be logged into your livejournal to see the friends locked posts. LJ does expire cookies way faster than they used to so it's possible you thought you were logged in and you weren't. I've had that happen to me a few times this week and I never noticed until I would try to comment on something and it would show me as 'anonymous' rather than as logged in.
