Don't Naruto and Sakura look a LOT alike in this picture?



I'm not trying to spout any "OMG TWINZZ LOLZ" crack theories, but jeez... they look way more similar than they used to! Sakura looks a lot more like Naruto now. o.o Her face isn't as round as his, but still... Maybe this is her plan to get Sasuke.

Or am I just seeing things? @.x

Yeah, you're right. The eyes, the nose, and the shape of the face. But I guess it's just Kishimoto's (sp?)style that makes it look like that. I mean, I always thought many characters looked like eachother. But I think it's just his stlye...

...Wow, they do. o_o Like Ladii said, the eyes, and also their facial expressions are similar. I guess it's just usually we don't see pictures of them right next to each other with similar expressions like that? Hmm.
It would be an awesome plan to get Sasuke. XD

honestly, it's just kishimoto's style.

A few pages before that we got Sai and Sasuke frames side by side where they looked kinda similar. Kishimoto likes to do these parallel thingies a lot sometimes.

Mostly ALL anime characters look alike since they're drawn nearly exactly the same. It's quite unoriginal. Customization is only in the clothes, hair and eyes mostly, so it should come to no surprise.

Deidara and Ino are twins, and so because they're blonde, Naruto HAS to be their brother (not identical 'cause his hair is spiky) and Sakura is their sister, (cause she's kinda looking like Naruto) but she's the pink haired runt... and you know what this means...

Hmmm - coupled with the recent post that showed Naruto's eyes have been getting less ultra blue and more towards aquamarine/green... (and even then I though "wow - looking more like Sakura's eyes!")

Probably as Kishimoto gets more and more comfortable in his style, the characters will look more alike. Mostly because he has to draw these things so fast... It happens in a lot of manga... but yeah, they do look alike.
