I've always thought that Sasuke looked like his exactly like his mother! ^^ And Itachi looks like their father... A lot of people say they look exactly alike.

Sasuke never smiles. It's against the law. :) Actually, he may have smiled in the crack episode 101 of the anime...but shortly after that, he got Sound to take him away to restore him to sanity and he has recovered and will not be smiling again. ^-^
