All right, I've been doing the "serious post" things elsewhere, it's time to loghten the mood of my day and ask a question tat NEEDS ANSWERED!!!

CRACK OTPs--What does it for you?


For me, it used to be Orojira/Jiraoro until I saw the light that it was the ONE TRUE PAIRING FOR REALZ. I mean, it's a mirror of the current Sasunaru/Narusasu OTP. Right girls? BWAHAHAHAHAHA.

So let's hear it for crack OTPs--Let me know who gets your cracky love! All pairings welcome, the -cests, the OT3s, the OT-EVERYONES, LET US HEAR YOUR PRIDE!!!!

It's not so much my OTP as it is stuck in my head until I can write the bloody fic. (seriously, it won't leave me alone. O.o)

Jiraiya/Sakura. Don't ask. Seriously. You don't want to know. (and the fic has Jiraiya's age at almost 60 and Sakura at like twenty something.... O.o)

As far as my crack! OTPs go it'd have to be Sai/Naruto and Itachi/Naruto (I also like Itachi/Hinata but... whatever. XD)

NejixKankurou is my crack OTP. I think it only works if you like Kankurou, though. *cough* I wrote my longest fic ever trying to do a story justifying the pairing and why I think it would work. X3;

I'm also a gigantic fan of Sandcest, specifically KanTema, but to be truthful I don't usually think of that one as crack. XDD

And, uh, other things... *thinks* Oh, I love GenKaka and AsuKaka and write them often... and OroKaka just makes me giggle. I mean, c'mon. We already know that Orochimaru loves white-haired boys (Kabuto, Kimimaro) and Sharingan (Itachi, Sasuke)... surely the combination thereof couldn't fail to catch his eye? XD

Depends on what you call crack--
I mean, I don't consider JiraiOro very odd at all, but...er...I'm biased. KabuSasu? Not explored much in canon, but I don't think that it can really properly be considered crack. Even the NejiNaruSasuGaa foursome I'm fond of is really cracked out.
OMGWTF, I fail at crack for this fandom. >.> I did much better with that in FMA.

I see so much ItaNaru stuff anymore, that I dunno if that's a crack OTP or not X3 but I almost never see ItaSaku stuff. You heard me. :O she cannot resist the Uchihas and their hotness, and Itachi must think it'd be amusing (for him) for Sasuke to find out that the girl who had the hots for him in school is now his brother's main squeeze. XDDD

Ah yes. There is a terrible lack of good ItaSaku fics out there. I think I can name maybe 2? ;__;

Team 7 is so canon it hurts! XD I'm not sure the subtext even qualifies as subtext. I have to make a concious effort to TRY to see it as purely platonic love between teammates, and I just can't. All three of them are obsessive to the point of being downright creepy. ♥
