He's only been in the manga so far, and thus far no one's tried coloring him, to my knowledge. You could try looking at the Inane manga releases, they always have bonus stuff, like colored versions of the covers, and sometimes pages from the manga and stuff.

plenty of people have tried coloring him, but you won't get any sort of official color until Kishimoto colors Yamato, and you won't get any sort of consistent coloring until he shows up in the anime.

I would assume black or dark brown, as light-eyed characters usually don't have their irises coloured in. But on an off-topic note, that page cracks me up so bad. XD
