For those of you who like the animation, or who (like me) absolutely loved some of the expressions in the newly-released Naruto movie, I give you...

*drumroll*

Screenies! =D Keep in mind this post will be EXTREMELY image-heavy, so dial-up users beware.

Also spoilers, but... come'on. Nothing incredible about the storyline anyway, so... yeah.




Gaara stands around and looks cool. Oh yeah.


I really liked the animation in this bit... *cough*

I <3 this expression... Naru-chan's just so cute sometimes...


As a side-note, I absolutely LOVE his laugh, too. TT__TT Power to Junko-san. Much love.


Naruto will soon learn not to taunt the ferret...

I love this weasel ferret.


This goes by pretty quickly in the actual animation... I just love these in-between expressions during fast-moving scenes. =P


"OH GOD IT'S THE BELL TRAINING ALL OVER AGAIN DDD:"


Shikamaru finds this all very troublesome, as usual...


Another shot of the exasperated sigh...


Sakura screams at him for nearly letting the ferret escape... XD I don't particularly like her, but this was just too classic-Sakura of an expression for me not to screencap.


Hey, gotta give the boy credit. XD; At least the ferret didn't let go and run off again.


Naruto's Nazi-walk makes me laugh uncontrollably... I'm a horrible person. XD


I honestly have no idea what is up with Shikamaru's expression here, but it cracks me up nonetheless...


I liked these next few expressions, too... Shikamaru typically doesn't have such extreme facial expressions.


"Oh god. I just realized I've been standing next to Sakura in virtually every scene. I can just see the ShikaSaku fanfics now. D:"


...this is officially my favorite scene in the entire movie. Just like limp-wristed Sasuke with the rainbow card was in the first.

I really should've seen that one coming. XD I used to watch Pokemon, for crying out loud. Bridges ALWAYS break. ALWAYS. (This is another one of those in-between shots, too; took me a while to get. Definately worth it. ;P )


And again, classic Sakura...


I think I died right about here. This was the scene that made me start screencapping. Naruto's expression absolutely kills me every time I look at it.






I for one don't think Naruto particularly deserved this one, but the hitai-ate being left behind for a moment made me laugh all the same. XD;






I get the feeling Shikamaru's ears were ringing for quite some time. XD




Now, I know Sakura acts a little more like her "inner self" after the time jump in the manga, but I was a little lost at all her outbursts, here. They're a little out of place.


I really like this shot~ ^^ It's hard to capture fight scenes, but shots like this are always worth the time.

The guy standing behind/next to Naruto is thinking, "I knew I should've watched Brokeback Mountain instead. This is such a waste of time. D:"

I was seriously waiting for Naruto to ask about the elevator, here... I mean, he didn't know what a train was in the first movie, and I for one have yet to see elevators in Konoha... =P


And I just like this one a lot~

If your muses wish to write, however, I would request anything (fluff, crack, ten-years-from-present-storyline, I don't care) SasuNaru in which Naruto uses the term "Hot Saus" as a nickname for Sasuke. >D Me and a friend were being idiots watching the movie and came up with that, and now I'm just dying to either use it or see it used. <3

Awww, Sakura is so mean :( Getting upset because the cute ferret wanted to give Naruto a kiss! Can't she see the happy love relationship there? Naruto's expression says it all!
