My guess it's because it's already done, right? I mean, Kochikame has it's 167th volume just published and that probably has something to do with its ratings. Never even heard of the show really...

Yeah, I wondered that too. I heard that it wasn't as popular in Japan but I thought it would be at least top ten. I mean, didn't it beat Naruto once in a SJ popularity vote?

Naruto has been selling volumes since 2000 and has 34 volumes. And Bleach, be comparison, has 21 and has been selling since 2002 I believe. >_>

I guess the best way is to look up the individual sells of volumes and compare, but I don't know where to find them.

It is. My guess is that it was so hugely popular that it will be hard to outsale it. Ever. I mean, I've seen TV ratings and DragonBallGT reruns are still high up there. WTF.

Anyhow, THANK YOU SOOO MUCH for posting the big version of the volume cover! :D Wow, now that I look at it more closely... is it just me, or does the scroll that Naruto's biting look like pointy teeth? XD It looks so funny!
