New Icontest

Hey everyone! I was looking around lj the other day and saw that most (if not all) of the icontests dedicated to the Naruto series in general are dead or have been on hiatus for a few months, so I decided to make a new one =] dattebayo_still is a brand new icontest dedicated to the entire Naruto series. If you don't know what an icontest is, it is a place where icon makers of all levels submit icons on a weekly basis to fit a given theme, which are then voted on at the end of the week. After a couple of days, the winners are put up and they recieve banners.) Week 1 has just started, so why not give it a try?
