Beyond all of the hawtness...my first thought was: "HAH! Now we KNOW the shirt is BLACK!" XD (And so now I don't have to alter my cosplay costume.)

I know some people are tired of Sasuke, but considering this is the manga volume with the ItachixSasuke fight and MadaraxSasuke conversation, it makes sense that there would be Uchiha on the cover.

And I still really love this cover. Sasuke looks like he's a tormented rock star singing his heart out, with Itachi in the background. I can almost hear: "I hate everything about you~ Why do I love you?"
