question about the naruto original character contest in the manga

Hello everyone. I would like to ask a question hoping to get answers. >_<
You all surely know that in the original naruto manga there is a original character drawing contest that goes on (I hope it will go on until the end of the manga). Well I wanted to sent my drawing too, but I don't know how. I mean they said they accept only postcard (without envelope) but I was wondering what type or postcard? Is it a special postcard made for drawing or is just a simple postcard like the ones we all send for greeting and stuff. I mean what about the dimension, the type of paper, the way of sending, etc..
Does someone know something about it or the contest in general?
