Coloring Manga Icons

I thought I'd share this here. ^_^ Here's the technique that I use for coloring Naruto manga icons. The tutorial covers basic manga coloring techniques and the use of textures in conjunction with blend mode.

Program: Photoshop CS2, most likely translatable.
Difficulty: Medium (for new people, it's more time consuming than difficult.)
