Sasuke Vs Naruto Layout / Icon Request

I have a Sasuke VS Naruto wallpaper image, can anyone make a layout for my journal. I would really be greatful. There is also a small version of that same image that I would like to use as a default icon for my journal. Though the small image isn't 100 X 100.
