[scanlation] Sasuke Uchiha data file from Sha no Sho (databook 3)

Since many others have started scanlating the databook with the (few) translations that came out (mostly made by me *cough*), I thought that I might try my hand at it as well. Yet, I didn't want to repeat what others already did, thus I opted for something more original and unique.
