Although I do enjoy the advice to subtly improve one's image with contacts, I also particularly like the sage advice of not trying to "pick fights or try stupid stuff." as this is part of the personal agenda.
Perhaps that then negates the familial slaughter.

But, the only time it's actually warranted is the bi-monthly cosplay meet they have at the Suncoast. Otherwise, it's kinda funny. But, I don't know if he'd even count as cosplay...

well a photo shoot I can understand, same as if you're coming from a small cosplay meeting like you said but nope, just someone dressed as InuYash walking through the mall...(didn't even have a Kagome with him, , honestly what kind of cosplayer was he?! ^_~ ) and then the people with, again, the Akatsuki hoodie (which is fine and not weird to me since it's a legitimate piece of clothing) but also... the head band. I live in the lightening capitol of the country I dont think walking around with a big piece of metal on your forehead is exactly what I would call a good idea

All I see here are the headbands, a captain's haori from Bleach or an Akatsuki robe over street clothes, or someone walking around in a Naruto coat.

Oh wow, the Lightning Capitol? Yeah, I'd agree--that's a no-go on the headbands.

and the InuYasha was actually pretty good, had the wig, the red outfit, beads, dog ears on a headband. I would wonder if he was doing a photo shoot but given the mall he was at, unless it was Inu Yasha goes to Ruby Tuesdays I don't think it was very likely. ... Inu Yasha versus the "would you like to try a sample of this hand cream" lady... now THAT"S a battle I would have liked to see

Maybe they just do it for the lulz or because they are bored. I have a feeling if it were some Narutarded weeaboo they'd be much more illiterate and have more unrealistic criteria in their guide. For example, there wouldn't be any warnings about not walking on water or climbing up trees xD.

Warnings:

Itachi has his own agenda, he is not particularily 'evil' or 'good', so don't pick fights or try stupid stuff. Itachi knows when to walk away and when to stay and fight. Learn to do the same thing. Fight only when it is absolutely necessary.
