anyone whach Kappa Mikey and see Dr. Takashi Katashi Plastic Surgeon To The Stars", he wears a generic doctor headband over his eye, just Kakashi.
His hair was just like kakashi if kakashi was blond it was so funny when I saw it. I wish I had a picture to show *if anyone has one I would love it*
