Summary: May those who defy their fate be granted glory. A closer look at the relationship between Uchiha Itachi and Hoshigaki Kisame, and the trials and mishaps they encountered during their travels around the world.

Author Notes: I did always wonder where Itachi got that necklace, 'cause it's pretty. I think this chapter manages to not be what you'd expect, but I like how it doesn't imply anything it shouldn't. Comments and concrit keep me sane during this crazy adventure.
