Because I adore oekaki/sketchy drawing style, and the color appeals to me, the Naruto one is love. But I REALLY love that Pain. His position/body language is interesting, I like his expression for some reason, and I really like how you did the ear piercings. Great job all around!

I approve of this Pein fanart, and think that it looks cool just as it is. The sparse background+Pein's black coat make for a really cool, really stark contrast.

I'm glad you like it~ I feel that I'm too lazy when it comes to backgrounds, so I'm trying to force myself into the habit of getting them done. But I suppose I'll make an exception in this case.

It's all in how you wear it. I've got 4 earrings in my left ear, and a tattoo adorning each shoulder, yet when I dress for business, I am ALL business XD

Agreed, it is how you wear it. And I personally find that studs look much more formal looking/less gaudy, at least for facial piercings. I only wear studs in my nose and lip. Rings are delegated to ears.
