I really liked it. I don't know why people are being so stubborn just as they were with Jiraiya. When you think about it, Jiraiya's death isn't even confirmed yet. The frog just said what he assumed had to be true, but just as much of a plot twist could bring him back as one could for Kakashi.

All of you missed judging the memorial for what it is and how well it is or isn't done just because you don't realize Kishi isn't going to f*ck up his manga just so you can have your favorite character back. Maybe he'll survive somehow. I doubt it, I'd be dissapointed and amazed to learn that, but the point is I enjoyed this memorial. Nice work, Razz. Love the banner ^^

I am pretty pessimistic for Kakashi too, but I too think that we should wait until the next chapter, at least. With Jiraya, we had a far longer pre death experience, and it ended with a lot of dark panels. There is still the possibility that his dad tells him to go back - though the fact that both of them are going to take their time makes me pessimistic. (Maybe Obito will turn up and tell him to go back.)

Some fail to realize that Kishi NEVER repeats himself. He's not gonna make every main character die the same way Jiraiya or Asuma did, and thats the golden thing about it.

I could actually see Kishi going on with Kakashi talking to his father. Its a great chance to learn all the things we want to know about him, but I'm pretty sure he's going through with Kakashi's death at the same time. Who knows how he could do it, or if he'll just end it here and leave it to future databooks.

We already know Rin is dead now, it doesn't matter how in Kishi's or most peoples eyes. He doesn't need to show Kakashi's face, either. He might wanna keep things the way they are since its something special about his character. As for the MS, Kishi could have Madara explain it at some point, or leave us in the dark all together. There're still things to learn about the MS in general (such as Madara's new technique via EMS), and acceptions to obtaining it.

For example, we learned later it doesn't have to be your best friend you need to kill, it just has to be the person closest to you in any form, or at least that was the case for Sasuke.


Overall, thats why this can be the end for Kakashi with no future scenes of him talking with his father, and someone telling him to go back. If you haven't accepted Kakashi's death yet, wait untill you have to post here. Unless you can appreciate this memorial and overlook that anyway.

Forgive me if I'm wrong or off-topic, but didn't Itachi transfer his MS to Sasuke? Sasuke didn't get it because he killed Itachi, or that's how I recall it went down.

He transfered his technique to Sasuke, but thats an interesting theory. Its not itachi's MS, so I know he didn't give it to him, but the influence might helped him get his own MS somehow.

Even if thats true, it'd still be another method to the MS, which needs explaining as well.

Ok ok ok , if Kakashi DOES die then we HAVE to find out what his promise to Obito is, we have to find out all the questions that have yet to be answered, through the talk between his dad and him. And yes, I am scared b/c we get to see his DAD's face, which is basically the same as seeing Kakashi's face under the mask. When I saw that I was like SHIT it just might be true it might, but don't leave us in the dust of uncertainity KISHI!

I.E. I'm not willing to accept it yet.

great idea...but kakashi is immortal in my mind...so he'll be like a shadow in every manga chapter from now on for me...

but yea i hope/pray/wish that kakashi is not dead....
