In actuality, the City is a prototype artificial environment run by a small group of scientists. Their goal: to confirm whether completely artificial beings can be made to live in a functional society. Your character is a clone, a genetically modified being made to look and feel like a fictional character to make use of a loophole in human rights. Memories have been implanted, traits have been meticulously copied from the source media. Feelings, bonds, conflicts; everything down to favourite colour is as your character 'remembers' it.
