Ok this worries me for two reasons:
1- I don't want Naruto to die, and
2- Sakura will get the blame and hate for failing to kill the enemy, being useless, and bringing the poisoned kunai in the first place

I'm pretty certain Naruto's going to die but not with a poisoned kunai. As if we'd have all this Madara "I want the ten-tails" build-up for it not to happen.

But don't worry! Because he'll be brought back to life. I don't know if anyone else has mentioned or noticed but when the old lady Chiyo traded her life for Gaara's, Kakashi had his sharingan out. Kakashi could trade his life? He's already died; maybe he'll think he's not supposed to be there.

Nah man, he has to die! (and then be brought back to life by someone) I don't know how else Madara would get his fox out of him without him dying, that's all. The biggest thing I'm worried about is that he's going to lose his whiskers. They're a part of him, a part of Naruto who I adore.

How would Sakura have learnt it?

The poisoned kunai and the cut on Naruto's cheek is interesting, I'll give you that. There's nothing coincidental in storytelling. Maybe it'll just weaken him a little so he won't be able to fight Sasuke/Madara at full strength idk

Oh, don't get me wrong, I do think Naruto will die in the future, just not from the kunai. Though I don't know if Madara will get Kyuubi out of him. Yondaime left a key so Naruto could use the fox's power, remember?

Dunno, she's so smart and all that. But Chiyo's jutsu won't be left behind, like you said, there's nothing coincidental in storytelling.

Yeah, I thought something like that too. What worries me is the oportunity this distraction gives Sasuke to do something emo-crazy.

I noticed that too. I think Kishi is more likely to cop out and ignore that cut or have the Kyuubi heal it without any major fuss than to have it do real damage. I'd prefer if that plot point wasn't ignored because I think it's a neat twist. But nah, even if the poison does kick in and do its thing, I'm sure it'll get fixed. It would give Sasucakes the chance to possibly escape though. Yep.

I'm aware of that. And back then Naruto got punched through the chest in the middle of the fight as well and healed within moments. So again I don't see why a little poison should do more damage now. Especially with Kakashi and Sakura on the sidelines. Plus Sasuke isn't in top form either.
