Looking for a fic

This fic is probably from AGES ago. I have no idea who wrote it, when it was written, where it was posted (though I suspect I read it on fanfiction.net), if it was finished, or if it was even any good. I just remember it (kind of) and wonder what became of it all.


The Plot

A hypothetical post-war fic, possibly set a few years after Konoha has lost a war against the Akatsuki, or whoever we thought were the Big Bad in canon at the time this fic was written. Konoha was kind of picking itself up and considering how to fight back, the heroes were reuniting and counting their losses.

I believe Lee was in the first or second chapter. I know that Ino, due to a failed possession jutsu and her own body being destroyed, sort of co-inhabited Gaara's body. I suspect that (judging from about how long ago I likely read the fic) it might have had hints of Lee/Gaara as a pairing, but I cannot be sure.
