Searching for translators!

gonrie  and myself (kaphinated) are looking to built up a translation team to work on a Japanese novel/doujinshi.

 

The book called 2X2 and is SasuNaruSasu (so there is Sasu/Naru and Naru/Sasu,) and made up of a number of chapters/short shories interspersed with illustrations. It is written by circle chic-age-works, who are popular in Japan. And they are also working with lots of good circles like 10 rankai for the art work.

We have one translator onboard so far, who has worked on the synopsis which is thus:
Complete reprint, complete compilation, therefore "Kanroku"2
This book (2x2) is read as "Two-by-Two".
It comprises of a Jounin parallel with modern (real world) elements.
During the off hours in 2006~2007, I touched up and revised the 3 published long volumes and the 4 short web novelettes, and added two newly-written short novelettes. With that arranged in chronological order, it becomes the "2x2 Complete Edition". The original draft of 2006 has many differences compared with the 2008's present original work. Sasuke returned to Konoha with the curse seal, and certain characters have not died. Also, it is SasuNaru(Sasu) throughout the whole book, but in the complete edition, it implies the presentation of SaiSaku. It is a pile of creation from wild ideas, but I'll be happy if you read it light-heartedly, without thinking too deeply into it.

It is much more of a novel than a standard doujinshi, and therefore is quite a high standard of language, and is about 250 pages long. If you are interested, or would like some more information, such a a sample scan, please comment or send either of us a PM. Thanks!

Hi - its a ~250 novel in Japanese, there are about 4 or 5 images in the whole book, so its mostly text. If you are still interested send me PM with your email address and I can send a sample page to you.
