LF: Fic Recs!

Hey! I'm looking for some fic recs. AU or otherwise, I don't mind! I prefer longer stories, finished or unfinished doesn't bother me. Though shorter ones are awesome too :D

I would prefer something Sasuke centric, or based around a side character. Pretty much anything that isn't Naruto centric, as I really don't enjoy reading him as a character.

If based in the manga world, then I would really like to see a good story where Konoha aren't portrayed as the 'good guys' who can do no wrong(In fact, there being no 'Good guys' would be best. I prefer something more realistic to that!)

I don't care so much about pairings, though I prefer stories where the whole point of it is to get character x and character y together. Other than that, any pairing at all is fine as if the story has one!

What kind of HP fics are you looking for? I don't know of any rec lists that I would trust (unless you count the Sugarquill.net archive in general), but I could certainly rec some things for you.

Any, tbh. Any pairing any character, au or otherwise, I don't mind at all, just want something good HP-centric to read! I've only read a few HP fics before.

I already read White Rain, but I haven't seen that Ripples fic before, certainly looks interesting! Thank you.

Also, as I mentioned above, the Sugarquill.net is a great fic archive, although it stopped archiving fics over a year ago, so there aren't any recent fics there. But what is there is generally high-quality, particularly those on "The Professor's Bookshelf". http://www.sugarquill.net/index.php?action=flourish

Heh, Naruto recs, there's a tough question. My days in the Naruto fandom were before I found LJ, so everything I have is over at FF.Net. They consist mostly of time travel AUs and Team Guy/Kakashi/other side character-centric fics. Also, there's only older stuff--nothing very recent at all, since I've fallen away from the fandom. A lot of these are pretty short too, especially the ones about Sasuke. I didn't find much in my favs in the extended category when it came to him.

Do you want all that might be of relevance to your request (in several comments), or should I try to narrow down some more? As the list stands, the character limit doesn't like me. o.O
