Hi everyone!

There's a Naruto fic that I've been looking for recently to no avail. Hopefully, someone can recognize it? Here's what I remember:

-Naruto is trained by Anko from an early age
-Naruto is put onto a team lead by Kurenai
-Ino (maybe Shino) is on his team
-Initially Naruto is a lot more powerful than his teammates, but he helps train them
-SPOILER (highlight to read): Kurenai is killed by Itachi after defeating his Tsukiyomi
-There may have been an arc where they fight giant mutant spiders
-There is a sequel

There is a mix of two different stories in your description. One is definitely Team 8, and the other is Naruto: Altered History (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/3149411/1/) by Geor-Sama.
