Date: 2013-01-01 06:11 am (UTC)Them being siblings has been an off and on headcanon of mine for a while now, but it was really solidified when Obito referred to Madara as his ancestor. And since Mikoto and Sasuke both also look incredibly like the recently resurrected Uchiha patriarch, it lends extra credence to it.
This fic started as a plot bunny where Mikoto thanked Obito for telling Sasuke one little extra white lie amongst the devastating truth about the Uchiha Massacre; namely her aforementioned involvement.
