Personally I think Itachi's is the most hilarious and was the most disturbing in context. However I still must question its inclusion since it was not a sincere crazyface on Itachi's part. Bad form, Itachi!

For me, I still think it's Madara because, as I said, it looks like he's going to crawl across the table and start gnawing at your throat. Sasuke is a very close second because, I know he's stabbing Danzo and Karin, but even without that, the imagery invoked in my head is still him stabbing at you with a long something or other - I imagine one of those campfire hotdog/marshmallow fork things, and he's like psychotically stabbing and scraping at your oozing carcass with great pleasure. See, there's some distance you can have between you and Sasuke, and I could still imagine his slow, creepy walk that he did; big difference between him and Madara, hot though he may be, those would not be love bites after he actively crawls across the tables, floor, chairs, and whatever else to om-nom-nom like Gollum on your throat. Those faces are scary.

Itachi's was... well, I don't think he quite knew how to be unstoic. So his is awkward. Alarming, yeah, and his rambling speech was scary, but I think he was more scary in the genjutsu actually plucking out his brother's eye.

My vote goes to Sasuke. Not only the lighting but the dirt, blood and messy hair really makes his look. He could play anything from psycho to man eating zombie with that face.

I voted for Madara, because he looks like the kind of crazy cunning that he's planning on killing you and getting away with it. I didn't think Sasuke's face looked that crazy - he seemed a little scared to me. So it would be Madara, Itachi, Sasuke.

Normally I'd pick Madara no matter what the category because he is my favorite character, but Sasuke has him beat. Sasuke's crazyface is seriously chilling. Itachi's is creepy because it's so unlike him, but as someone else said, he was insincere when doing it so it doesn't count. Madara's crazyface just isn't as intense as Sasuke's. I hope we can see Obito's crazyface soon!

Itachi's crazyface was to common, no real pizazz to it (LOL).

I voted for Sasuke because his crazyface with the blood and only one sharingan eye was seriously creepy. Imagine waking up to that in the middle of the night.

Madara's crazyface, while scary, just didn't seem to have the same impact as Sasuke's.
