Just wanted to let you know that I finally got around to reading it (midterms blegh) and it is seriously one of my favourite fics now. It's on my ficrec list on my tumblr and I've just bookmarked and subscribed on AO3. I'd normally review there, but I wanted to make sure you remembered me, haha!

I really, really, really admire how you managed to make the plot and romance progress together. There are very few fics I've read where both lines develop together. So many forsake the romance for the stellar plot and so many create a flimsy plot that only supports an equally flimsy romance. They're light and cute, but seriously not what I'm looking for.

I love how you made Naruto's affection for Sasuke grow subtly, until the reader knew it was far too late for him to back out before Naruto did. It's frustrating to read "and he loved him and he didn't know when it happened" when there's seriously been no development between the characters since the first freaking page.

I love your Sasuke, and how innocent he seems. He's innocent without being naive or stupid, or having anything to do with his virginity. It's endearing how he wants the epic love story, and how now he's determined to get it.

I'm so glad you haven't made him angry. I feel like without the anger in canon, Sasuke would be very much like how you depict him. And that kind of makes it hurt, because your Sasuke is really easy to fall in love with.

I love how weathered Naruto is. I love how you can see the canon Naruto underneath all the issues and history of this AU. I how his relationships even with other spirit warriors feel distant.

I love the attitudes surrounding sex in your fic. I love how you're waiting for the big sex scene to go all-out. I love how it's a topic that has so much history and so many conflicting emotions for Naruto. It's such an interesting perspective!

One of the first things I noticed was your writing style. I haven't come across one anything like it! Your voice feels light to read, like you're reading yellow (if that makes sense), and your voice has a personality somehow. Maybe it's because of the intimate view you give the audience of the characters and how you express their uncertainty in the "(probably)"s. It feels like a person is reading to me, and it makes it relaxing to read.

So thank you for this fic, and I'm so glad I came across it when I did. I'll definitely be following the fic closely, and I'll make an effort to review on the chapters from here onward. I have the itachimilk pseud on AO3, too.

I'm really glad you've enjoyed the progression of the story so far (though it's winding down soon), and I sincerely hope those few chapters will still keep you entertained!

P.S: Thanks for your thoughts on Sasuke as well. I drew his character (for this story) based on the happier moments he had in the manga/anime. I think most fans tend to forget that he did use to smile and act like a dork sometimes *lol*
