Anime fillers have come to an end!.... ?

Help, please.

I stopped watching the anime around episode 137, due to fillers. I've been a bit out of the loop and was wondering if the fillers had ended and the story had continued?
I downloaded ep166 and it seems to be involved once more but I wasn't sure and things looked different (new characters etc).

If it is back in action, please inform me of where should I start watching again!

I know that this hasn't been mentioned ina whiel but I'm drawing Sasuke as Sai... I'm half done my picture now I just need to be able to draw his stomach... Which is the whole point and I know it! Um, in wikipedia.com they said that Shino's eyes were first seen in anime episode 149.
Of course, being the Shino fan I am I freaked out. Lyke woah!11!
That's a filler episode right? I haven't been excatly following them...

D: Does anyone have a screencap showing his EYES or something? Or better yet the episode? D: ...Please? It will help sooth my inner turmoil.
