So I'm busy gathering pictures for the crack colorbars, and I run into a snag. I can find no pictures of Gendo, nor do I find anything on the few Naruto site I have bookmarked. I need at least three pictures of him, perferably from the anime, manga as second choice and fanart as last resort.

Now, I know that some of the naruto albums are out there on the internet, I have several songs already. I'de really like to get my hands on the opening and ending themes that have aired as the show has progressed. Then I could burn a CD with nothing but naruto openers/enders on it and listen to it all day long...Anyone know the titles of any of these off the tops of their heads? I already have Harkua(OMFG ONOEZ A TYPO!!!1one) Katana(Asian Kung Fu Generation) and Harmony(Rythm). I'de especially like to find the most recent opening theme, because I like it a lot. Links to discographys would be awesome, too.

Oh the English Dub...

OK, so I know I'm a little late on this post, but I must say, I thoroughly enjoyed last week's English episode. I particularly liked Sakura's "how should I know if turtles can be sensei" Naruto's "well excuse me for not noticing his greatness. I was too busy watching him climb out from underneath a turtle" and Sasuke's "I can't believe I was beat by somebody so lame" Oh and Gai's comment about his manly good looks was amusing also. I haven't watched that episode in like 2 years or something, so I don't remember if the Japanese version was so funny. Probably. It is Gai and Lee.

Anyway, as for the voices recently...
Naruto's hasn't been annoying me nearly as much as usual
Lee's (THEY CALLED HIM ROCK LEE!!! *dances wildly*) was pretty good, I thought.
Gai's was different, but I like it anyway.
Kankurou, I was skeptical at first, but it's OK. I wish it was deeper, but he's got the right tone.
Temari, I thought sounded a little too bratty. Her voice would have been better for Sakura. It was better during her second appearance though.
Gaara, well... I love Gaara so much that I don't think I could ever be happy with his voice. I didn't completely hate it. We'll see how it is when he's killing people.

Any other comments?

According to Dattebayo and word on the net, these latest episodes with Anko seem to be a hit... but am I the only one that's still fed up and bored with these fillers? These episodes are no different to me than the imitation Rock Lee and Gai episode that was insanely odd. Or what about when Naruto ruined the mission looking for a bug cuz he farted? I see these fillers and think "They're trying a little too hard". I still can't stand them.

The Oracle of Ismene has received a prophecy from the gods above stating that the world will be destroyed unless either Agathangelos or Chrysanthos destroys the other kingdom. The date is six months away, and the war has just begun. The nobles continue to rule from their respectful capitals, the warriors are out on the field, and the peasants and artisans are left with the duty of supplying the rest of their empire with supplies and goods.

While most people on both sides believe that their realm will prevail over the other before time is up, a growing faction of people on either side have decided that victory will not occur in such a short span of time. They believe that the only way to survive the apocalypse is to band together with the enemy kingdom and defeat the gods themselves.

Until the day of victory or apocalypse comes, however, the ruling class has decided that a truce – even a temporary one – is out of the question.
